All of our credit card transactions are secured using PayPal SSL Technology (Secure Socket Layer), which begins before you give us any personal information, and remains secure throughout your visit. Further, your credit card number is encrypted before it is transmitted to PayPal system. MIRRORS CREATIONS guarantees that your on-line transaction will be secure, and that your credit information will be protected. We restrict and limit access to customer information only to those employees of MIRRORS CREATIONS, members of the MIRRORS CREATIONS family of businesses, and trusted service providers who need it to carry out their business functions. We educate our employees about safeguarding customer information and preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. MIRRORS CREATIONS will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological improvements that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information. Whenever you see a product you’d like to purchase, simply follow the prompts and the item will be added to your shopping cart. From there, you can get back to the store to keep shopping or go to check out and pay, At check out you will have a chance to review and change your order, check your prices, see the shipping & handling charges, discounts and taxes (if applicable), and your final cost. After your approval, you will be prompted to provide your payment method and shipping information in order to complete your transaction. Please print your Purchase Order and Invoice for your records. Within 5-10 working days you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your order has been finished and is ready for shipping.
You can purchase direct from MIRRORS CREATIONS using PayPal Website Payments Standard where you can use your MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover or a PayPal account without ever leaving our site.
MIRRORS CREATIONS is required by law to collect all applicable sale taxes (state and local), for deliveries made within the State of Florida. When you review your order during the checkout process, you will see the sales tax charges (if any) applied to the totals.
We handcraft all our products to order. Your pieces will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.
Each piece is packaged and shipped separately, therefore Shipping & Handling charges are calculated per item. An adult 18 years or older must sign for delivery. Customers who sign for delivery and do not notates damage assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, customer must indicate such on the delivery receipt. If damage is noted it is best to refuse the delivery and note damage on the delivery ticket (we will send out a replacement at no additional charge) see RETURN POLICY to follow procedure . Please notify MIRRORS CREATIONS of refusal so we can anticipate the return and send out a new item.
Refunds for Unwanted Products please read our RETURN POLICY carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses. Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund credit process will begin. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.
Customers will be refunded via check from MIRRORS CREATIONS. Refunds via check are
typically issued within 14 business days of final approval.

refunds
- Custom orders
- Special purchases, including: clearance items, inventory sale items, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
- Any item that has been installed, modified or used in any way.
- Any item that is not in resalable condition.
- Any item not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by MIRRORS CREATIONS
- Any item that is not in the original box with original packaging materials.
- Large orders: (Orders containing 10 or more of a single item or orders with an invoice total greater than $2,500).
- Shipping and Handling charges are nor refundable
MIRRORS CREATIONS DO NOT REPAIR DAMAGED ITEMS. Each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted and inspected in several occasions, and is absolutely guaranteed to leave our facilities in perfect condition. MIRRORS CREATIONS warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 15 days from the shipping date. MIRRORS CREATIONS is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration or return shipping. If you receive merchandise from MIRRORS CREATIONS that has been damaged during transit, MIRRORS CREATIONS will replace it for the same product free of charge. See RETURN OF TRANSIT DAMAGED ITEMS.
