RETURNS POLICY

 

 

RETURNS

 

Before returning any item, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained. Please, Contact Us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. If costumer send back any item without a Return Authorization Number, it will be refused, send back to customer at his/her own expense and absolutely no actions will be taken by MIRRORS CREATIONS.

 

 

RETURNS AFTER A THIRD DELIVERY ATTEMPT

 

Items returned to us by our carrier after a third delivery attempt will be considered an Unwanted Item. If costumer want a new delivery, you will be responsible with any new applicable delivery charges. See RETURN OF UNWANTED ITEMS.

 

 

RETURNS OF INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED ITEMS

 

Our system generates the shipping labels automatically from the information the customer provide, therefore, MIRRORS CREATIONS will charge the costumer a redelivery fee for any package already sent and/or returned to us, that was shipped to an erroneous address. If the customer Contact Us regarding an incorrect shipping address and the package is still in our facilities your shipping information will be corrected at no charges.

 

 

RETURNS OF TRANSIT DAMAGED ITEMS

 

MIRRORS CREATIONS DO NOT REPAIR DAMAGED ITEMS. Immediate inspection is especially important when receiving delicate items. In this case, it is important to notate any damage on the bill of lading or receipt when customer sign for the delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged.

Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate
damage assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, customer may refuse delivery. Please notify MIRRORS CREATIONS of refusal so we can anticipate the return.

If customer receive any merchandise that has been damaged during transit, MIRRORS CREATIONS will replace it for the same product free of charge (see WARRANTY). In such situation, we guarantee a speedier process. Returns of damaged during transit merchandise will be accepted ONLY if it is notified within 72 hours of receipt. For a better understanding and managing of customer specific situation, please Contact Us no later than 24 hours after receiving the damaged merchandise and a customer service representative will get back to you immediately to deal with the situation, assign the customer a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) and help in the returning process. Please do not contact the carrier. We will make the necessary arrangements with our freight company to take care of the problem. Customer must carefully repack the merchandise to be returned. Returned merchandise must be in its original box with all the packing materials, and the original receipts issued by MIRRORS CREATIONS. We may require photographic proof of damage and may have the mirror returned at our discretion. The absence of the original box and/or the original packing materials means that the piece was damaged after been open and such box and/or materials discarded. In that case the Warranty will be voided and there will be no replacements and/or refunds. Replacements will be sent following the receipt of returned goods.

 

 

RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS

 

MIRRORS CREATIONS DO NOT STOCK. All of our products are made to order resulting in a 25% returning fee for any unwanted item. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable if costumer received free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted. Returns of unwanted merchandise will be accepted only if it is notified within 72 hours of receipt. Customer must repack the merchandise to be returned, make the necessary arrangements with the carrier of his/her choice and pay for all the returning shipping charges (including insurance). Returned merchandise MUST be in its original box with all the packing materials and the original Packing Slip, Purchase Order and Paid Invoice issued by MIRRORS CREATIONS (please, make copies for your records). If the unwanted product customer is sending back arrives to our facilities damaged, MIRRORS CREATIONS will inform the costumer via e-mail that the item was received damaged and hold the product for 30 days . It is the costumer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier ( providing insurance was paid and they determine they are responsible for the damages ) , and instruct MIRRORS CREATIONS concerning what to do with the damaged product . If MIRRORS CREATIONS has not received notification of response from the costumer within 30 days , the item will be donated or destroyed.
